Post 4: My Favorite Festivity
I think I don´t have a favorite festivity, because I don't like the dates that other persons judge that are relevant. But, also, with my family this year we commemorate ten years since we separated from my dad. I don't think that was a celebration, but that date is important for us. When I was a child, I lived with my father, my mother, and my sister. My father was a very violent person, but he brought the money to my home and we couldn't do anything to change him. In 2008, my mom got a stable job as a history teacher, and she collected some salaries to leave my father's house. In January of 2009, she asked me and my sister if we wanted to leave the house with her, and we said "yes". And well, in January of this year we commemorated it with a symbolic dinner, and it was a nice and necessary meeting.
