Practice exercise 1

My name is Lucas, I'm a Social Work student in the Chile University. I don't like English, because I'm not interested in other languages apart from Spanish. In the past I'm really like to listen to music in English, but recently I prefer the local music, or rather in Spanish. When I watch movies in my house or in the cinema, I prefer this movies in its originally language, in other words, if some movie is filmed in English, I prefer to listen to it in this language and see it with Spanish subtitles. The most difficult aspect of English for me is understanding it when I listen to it, and formulate coherent sentences. If this problem persists, I plan to overcome it with hard work and practice, because when I really make an effort, I get my objetive.

Post 3: My favorite piece of technology

The technology is not my favorite area, but I enjoy it anyway. I use diferent technological things at daily, and with the time happen, I understand the computer systems and another related things. My favourite piece of technology, are my smartphone, that because I utilize this tool to variated aplications. I have it since November of last year. For example, I really love make music, and I recently discovered that there is an app called "FL studio mobile" for smartphones, with which you can make digital music easily . Another use that I usually give is like a camera to make photography, because the cellphone that I have has a good camera resolution. And also, I give another different utilities to my phone, like a memo pad, a microphone, for messaging, and so on.

Post 1: My Autobiography

Hi everyone. This is my first evaluated post of the semester. I´m a Social Work student, my name is Lucas Sepúlveda, I´m 22 years old and I was born in Santiago of Chile. At the elementary school, I studied in José Toribio Medina School in Ñuñoa, Chile, but in the high school, I went to some other schools. Now, I study at Chile University, and this is my 4th year in this career. My roommates are my mom and my sister. My mother is a masotherapist, and in the past she was a history teacher, she is  44 years old. My sister finished the high school last year, she is 19 years old. In my free time, I like to make digital music, and sing, and play guitar too. And in the future, I want to be a good musician. Talk to you later, have a nice day. (Cinclodes Patagonicus)

Post 10: Your Blogging Experience

Before writing these posts I had never made a blog. It has been a very enriching experience, although I have always been very interested in the web, I am not a person who likes a lot of other languages, nor English. However, the experience of practicing writing in English week after week showed me that what is most difficult for me in this language is to speak it and understand it when I listen to it. But on the other hand, writing it is much easier for me and I can do it with more fluidity than I imagined, in fact, sometimes I went over the amount of words requested without even realizing it. In the future, I think you could change the subject of at least one post, for one in which the student is free to choose the topic you want, because sometimes I did not accommodate the suggested topic so much, and I had to do anyway. I think it's much easier to expound on the issues that each person interested, maybe that way you can even find topics of student interest in the future to add ...
